LOL yes. I tend to get excited and do ALL the resources. 
I can't tell you how many ideas and pictures I had for my CiJ gift this year - I only did about 10% of it. Sorry if I scared you. I've got CC resource lists that I can put up as well. But maybe I should hold off so as not to overwhelm you?
I think a fish monger would be fabulous.
I was thinking of maybe 3 shops - The cheese shop is one end, have another end shop, and maybe one or two middle shops.
I also like the shops to be somewhat functional, and was wondering what you thought about that?
